
Linda has a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling with a Substance Abuse Certificate from Lindsey Wilson College. Linda has several years’ experience working with children in the foster care system and is trained in TF/CBT, Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, The Seven Challenges (Abuse Substance Program for Youth) and is a Certified CANS Assessor.
Linda is very caring and conscientious regarding the needs of her clients and will go out of her way to make sure they have the resources they need to be successful. Linda’s passion is working with children, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of mental health disorders.
She is a native of Harlan, Kentucky; moving to the Lake Cumberland area in 2013. She is married and has one child. In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoys creative writing, poetry, shopping, reading, and walking her dogs.
